🧑‍🍳 Here’s how you can whip it up:

Turkey Cordon Bleu Meatloaf Recipe

– 2 ½ cups cooked turkey, shredded

– 1 cup ham, diced

– 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded

– 1 cup breadcrumbs

– 2 eggs

– ½ cup milk

– 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

– 2 tsp minced garlic

– 2 tsp minced onion

– 1 tsp thyme

– Salt and pepper to taste

– ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese for topping

– Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Set it to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, combine turkey, ham, and Swiss cheese.

In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Pour over the turkey mix.

Slowly add breadcrumbs to the mix and combine until you reach a consistency where you can form a loaf shape.

Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it into a greased loaf pan or baking sheet.

Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top for a delicious crust.

Slide into the oven and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the top is golden and the loaf is firm.

Let it cool slightly, slice, and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

Serve with a side salad or roasted vegetables for a complete meal that’s comforting and festive! 🍴✨
