• 2 cups fresh cherries, pitted 🍒

• 2 tbsp aged balsamic vinegar

• 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

• Pinch of flaky salt

• 4 thick slices sourdough bread

• 2 whole burrata balls (about 4 oz each)

• Olive oil (for brushing)

• Fresh mint or basil (optional)

• Extra balsamic for drizzling

Preheat oven to 390°F (200°C). Toss cherries with balsamic, honey, and salt in a baking dish. Roast 15–20 min until soft and syrupy.

Brush both sides of sourdough with olive oil and toast in a hot skillet or oven until golden brown and crisp.

Place a whole burrata ball on each slice of toasted bread. No slicing—let that creamy goodness shine.

Spoon warm cherries and syrup right over the burrata. Let it drip. Let it ooze.

Drizzle with extra balsamic. Add mint or basil if you’re feeling fancy. Serve immediately.
