Ingredients (Serves 2 — double it for 4!)
For the Balsamic Roasted Cherries:
• 2 cups fresh cherries, pitted ![]()
• 2 tbsp aged balsamic vinegar
• 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
• Pinch of flaky salt
For the Toast & Assembly:
• 4 thick slices sourdough bread
• 2 whole burrata balls (about 4 oz each)
• Olive oil (for brushing)
• Fresh mint or basil (optional)
• Extra balsamic for drizzling

Instructions
1. Roast the Cherries
Preheat oven to 390°F (200°C). Toss cherries with balsamic, honey, and salt in a baking dish. Roast 15–20 min until soft and syrupy.
2. Toast the Bread
Brush both sides of sourdough with olive oil and toast in a hot skillet or oven until golden brown and crisp.
3. Add the Burrata
Place a whole burrata ball on each slice of toasted bread. No slicing—let that creamy goodness shine.
4. Top with Cherries
Spoon warm cherries and syrup right over the burrata. Let it drip. Let it ooze.
5. Garnish & Serve
Drizzle with extra balsamic. Add mint or basil if you’re feeling fancy. Serve immediately.
