Tuna Avocado Salad

Fresh, fast, and full of protein—this Tuna Avocado Salad is a light yet satisfying meal you can whip up in under 10 minutes. Creamy avocado, crunchy veggies, and lean tuna come together for the perfect bite.

  • 1 ripe avocado, diced
  • 1 (5 oz) can of tuna in water, drained
  • 1 small cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Mixed greens or butter lettuce leaves, for serving
  1. In a large bowl, combine the drained tuna, diced avocado, cucumber, red onion, and cherry tomatoes.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and squeeze in fresh lime juice.
  3. Add chopped cilantro if using, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Gently mix everything together until well combined, being careful not to mash the avocado.
  5. Serve over a bed of mixed greens or scoop into butter lettuce leaves for a refreshing, low-carb wrap.
