Tuna Avocado Salad
Fresh, fast, and full of protein—this Tuna Avocado Salad is a light yet satisfying meal you can whip up in under 10 minutes. Creamy avocado, crunchy veggies, and lean tuna come together for the perfect bite.
Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado, diced
- 1 (5 oz) can of tuna in water, drained
- 1 small cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Mixed greens or butter lettuce leaves, for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the drained tuna, diced avocado, cucumber, red onion, and cherry tomatoes.
- Drizzle with olive oil and squeeze in fresh lime juice.
- Add chopped cilantro if using, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Gently mix everything together until well combined, being careful not to mash the avocado.
- Serve over a bed of mixed greens or scoop into butter lettuce leaves for a refreshing, low-carb wrap.
