Salmon with Citrus Avocado Salsa

Heart-healthy salmon topped with a bright citrus-avocado salsa for a gourmet meal at home.

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 orange, segmented
  • 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  1. Season salmon with salt & pepper, and sear in olive oil over medium heat, 4–5 mins per side.
  2. Combine avocado, orange, onion, cilantro, and lime juice in a bowl.
  3. Top salmon with salsa and serve warm.
