Salmon with Citrus Avocado Salsa
Heart-healthy salmon topped with a bright citrus-avocado salsa for a gourmet meal at home.
Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 orange, segmented
- 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
Instructions
- Season salmon with salt & pepper, and sear in olive oil over medium heat, 4–5 mins per side.
- Combine avocado, orange, onion, cilantro, and lime juice in a bowl.
- Top salmon with salsa and serve warm.
