Quinoa Berry Breakfast Bowl

Fuel your morning with this vibrant, protein-packed Quinoa Berry Breakfast Bowl! It’s fresh, naturally sweet, and loaded with antioxidants to start your day the right way.

(Serves 2)

  • 1 cup cooked quinoa (cooled)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional)
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/4 banana, sliced
  • 2 tbsp chopped almonds or walnuts
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

In a bowl, mix cooled quinoa with almond milk, chia seeds, vanilla, and sweetener. Let sit for 5 minutes to allow the chia seeds to soften slightly.

Divide the quinoa mixture into two bowls. Top each with strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, banana slices, and nuts.

Sprinkle with shredded coconut and garnish with fresh mint if desired.

Eat at once or chill for 30 minutes for a refreshing breakfast on a warm day.
